From Eco-Anxiety to Eco-Action: Educator Strategies to Support Students
When teaching about the environment and climate change, educators are often confronted with questions or reactions from students that can be difficult to navigate.
This summer, we are offering a full-day in-person session of the Eco-Anxiety to Eco-Action course at the Earth Rangers Centre in Woodbridge, Ontario. Through discussions, reflections, as well as outdoor learning experiences on the grounds of the beautiful Kortright Centre for Conservation, you will be introduced to tools and tactics to address the environment head-on and transform feelings of anxiety into positive environmental action among your students.
Refreshments (coffee break and lunch) and all course materials will be provided. You will receive a personalized certificate upon completion.
